Weekly Workouts and Goals: July 15, 2013

Last week was horrible!  Need to re-dedicate myself because (in the words of Loreal) I'm worth it!

So, this week's goals are:
Lose 1 pound
Work out 4x week
Eat <1700 calories per day

My workout goals are:
Monday-Upper Body
Tuesday-Run 2 miles
Wednesday-Lower Body
Thursday-Run 3 miles
Friday-Upper Body

Let's do this!
